How It Works – DTF Printing Process

1. Print the Design: Load DTF film into the Cybor Printer, print the design in CMYK+White for vibrant, opaque results.
2. Apply DTF Adhesive Powder (Separate Unit Required): Coat the wet ink side with DTF hot melt powder.
3. Cure the Powder (Separate Curing Unit Required): Heat the film in a curing oven or heat press at 260°F - 285°F for 2-3 minutes.
4. Press onto Fabric: Heat press at 315°F for 10-15 seconds using medium pressure.
5. Peel & Finish: Allow the transfer to cool, then peel cold for a smooth, professional-quality print.
