OPTIDIP 650 is a powerful 2-in-1 ink degradant and emulsion remover, formulated to efficiently break down UV, solvent, and plastisol inks while also removing photo-polymer, diazo, and capillary film emulsions. This water-soluble solution is designed for use in dip tanks, making the stencil reclaiming process faster and more efficient for high-production screen printing shops.

How to Use:

1. Mix OPTIDIP 650 with water at a ratio of up to 1:10.
2. Fill your dip tank with the prepared solution.
3. Place screens into the dip tank and let them soak for 1-3 minutes.
   • Do not leave screens in the solution longer than necessary.
4. Once the emulsion softens, remove the screen and rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
  • Wear protective gloves, safety glasses, and long sleeves to avoid skin and eye contact.
• Ventilation Requirements:
  • Use in a well-ventilated area to prevent inhalation of fumes.
• First Aid Measures:
  • Skin Contact: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. Seek medical attention if irritation occurs.
  • Eye Contact: Flush immediately with clean water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical assistance if irritation persists.
  • Inhalation: Move to fresh air and seek medical attention if breathing difficulties occur.
  • Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water and seek immediate medical advice.
• Storage & Disposal:
  • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
  • Dispose of unused solution and rinse water in compliance with local environmental regulations.
