Saati Textil PV Photopolymer Emulsion Saati Textil PV is a high-performance red pure photopolymer direct emulsion designed specifically for garment printing with plastisol ink. This emulsion offers exceptional resistance to plastisol inks, abrasion, and humidity, making it an ideal choice for demanding printing environments. With a 42% solids content, Textil PV provides excellent print definition on any mesh, ensuring sharp and detailed prints every time. One of the standout features of Saati Textil PV is its rapid exposure time, which is up to eight times faster than traditional diazo or dual-cure emulsions. This significantly reduces production time, allowing for more efficient screen preparation. Additionally, Textil PV becomes water-resistant when post-exposed, further enhancing its durability and versatility. Applications:

Directions for Use: Handling:

• Handle under yellow safelight or low wattage tungsten lights.
• Avoid exposure to daylight, quartz/halogen lamps, cool white fluorescent lamps, or discharge lamps.

Coating:

1. Use a high-quality scoop coater or coating trough.
2. Apply one or two coats to the substrate side of the screen, followed by one or two coats on the squeegee side.
3. For a thicker stencil, apply additional coats to the squeegee side prior to drying.
4. For a higher-quality stencil with minimal increase in thickness, apply one or two additional coats to the substrate side after the initial coats have dried.

Drying & Storage:

• Thoroughly dry the coated screen at a maximum temperature of 104°F (40°C) in a dust-free, dark or yellow light area, with the substrate side facing down.
• Store coated screens in a dust-free, dry, safelight environment to maintain stencil quality.

Storage:

• When sealed in the original container and stored in cool conditions, Saati Textil PV will maintain its original properties for one year from the date of production.
