Application & Curing Instructions

1. Screen Printing Setup:
   • Use 110-230 mesh screens for optimal ink flow and detail retention.
2. Flashing & Curing:
   • Flash at 230°F (110°C) for 3-5 seconds.
   • Final cure at 290-310°F (143-149°C) for 30-40 seconds to ensure long-lasting durability.

Easy Clean-Up & Storage

• Recommended Cleaner: Use OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover for efficient clean-up.
• Storage Conditions: Keep at 65-90°F (18-32°C) in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Shelf Life: Best used within one year of manufacturing.
