BigRed Dryer 4D - 30" & 54"

The BigRed Dryer 4D - 30" & 54" Series dryers are the epitome of innovation and efficiency in the world of DTG digital inks and screen printing, catering specifically to high-volume DTG shops and automatic screen printing operations. Available in 30" and 54" belt widths, these dryers are designed to handle the demands of Kornit® and similar DTG printers, as well as traditional screen-printed plastisols, water-based inks, and discharge prints.

Model BR4D-V30: This model features a 30" wide conveyor belt equipped with four 24" wide heaters, boasting a total power of 11,400 watts. It's capable of curing 72 garments per hour with DTG/digital white ink, 216 garments with water-based ink or discharge, and an impressive 475 garments with plastisol ink.

Model BR4D-V54: The larger counterpart, with a 54" wide conveyor belt and four 48" wide heaters, offers a total of 22,800 watts. This powerhouse can cure 144 garments per hour with DTG/digital white ink, 432 garments with water-based ink or discharge, and a staggering 950 garments with plastisol ink.

Both models of BigRed Dryer 4D - 30" & 54" come standard with deluxe features like adjustable side-mounted heaters, heavy-duty mobility wheels, and an 18" front conveyor extension for easy loading. The capacity of these models can be significantly increased by adding modular heating chambers and conveyor extensions, allowing the system to grow with your business needs.

The BigRed D Series dryers boast a high-powered pre-heating zone that quickly raises ink temperatures past 300°F within the first few inches of conveyor travel. This maximizes the dwell time at optimum curing temperatures, increasing conveyor belt speeds and overall output.

Safety and efficiency are further enhanced by air intake fans that cool the outer shell while preheating incoming air, and an exhaust fan that removes heat, moisture, and contaminants. The exhaust fan outlet and control box are designed for flexibility in shop layout, and maintenance is simplified with easy-to-clean filters and a one-minute cleaning routine.

Safety features include exhaust flow sensors with warning lights, a light tower to monitor dryer status, and a cool down mode for safe shutdown. The dual digital PID temperature controls ensure precise temperature regulation, and the densely coiled heaters provide uniform infrared heat for maximum cure speed without the risk of cold spots or under curing.
