How to Use – Printing & Curing Instructions

Screen Printing Setup:
- Use a 40 mesh screen for optimal ink flow and metallic clarity.
- Print with two hits per color to achieve maximum shine and opacity.

Flashing & Curing:
- Flash at 220°F (105°C) for 3-5 seconds.
- Cure at 300°F for full adhesion and durability.
- Due to the reflective nature of metallic inks, test curing times to ensure proper results.
Clean-Up & Storage
- Recommended Cleaner: Use OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover for easy cleanup.
- Storage Conditions: Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C) in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Shelf Life: Best used within one year of manufacturing.
