How to Use – Printing & Curing Instructions

1. Screen Printing Setup:
   • Use 30 mesh for automatic presses and 40 mesh for manual presses for best glitter ink deposition.
   • Print two hits per color for full glitter effect and coverage.
2. Flashing & Curing:
   • Flash at 220°F (105°C) for 3-5 seconds.
   • Cure at 280-300°F (137-148°C) for a long-lasting, crack-resistant finish.
   • Test for proper curing, as glitter reflects heat, which may require slight adjustments.

Clean-Up & Storage

• Recommended Cleaner: Use OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover for easy cleanup.
• Storage Conditions: Keep at 65-90°F (18-32°C) in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
