With a soft-touch feel and an adhesive liner, this vinyl allows for precise cutting and fast weeding, making it ideal for intricate designs on cotton, polyester, and blended textiles.

Its water-based PU composition ensures eco-friendly application, while its Oeko-Tex Class I certification guarantees safety for all garment types, including children's wear. The FlexCut Maxx is engineered for easy application and long-lasting performance, maintaining vibrant colors and strong adhesion even after repeated washing.

  • Transfer Temperature: 315°F (165°C)
  • Transfer Time: 15-20 seconds (reduce to 3-4 seconds for first layers when layering).
  • Pressure: Medium to High
  • Peel Type: Hot Peel
  • Recommended Fabrics: Cotton, polyester, poly/cotton blends (ensure fabric is heat-resistant and free of repellents).

Cutting & Weeding Tips:

  • Blade Offset: Depends 99% on the knife quality rather than the material.
  • Use a 45° blade for optimal cutting precision.
  • Ensure sharp, clean blades for detailed designs.
