IronBlock LC by Total Ink Solutions® is a low cure grey blocker plastisol ink designed as a premium underbase to stop dye migration across all garment blends—from 100% polyester to poly/cotton, tri-blends, and performance fabrics. Whether you're working with sublimated jerseys, heathered tees, or athletic apparel, IronBlock LC creates a reliable barrier that locks in your base and keeps top colors clean and vibrant.
Engineered for maximum bleed resistance and easy press performance, IronBlock LC cures as low as 270°F–290°F, helping you protect heat-sensitive garments while increasing production speed. Its high-opacity grey formula offers strong coverage in just one hit, making it the ultimate foundation layer for white and color top coats.
