How to Use – Printing & Curing Instructions

1. Screen Printing Setup:
   • Use 25-30 mesh for automatic presses and 40 mesh or lower for manual presses for optimal glitter ink flow.
   • Print with two hits of ink per color for maximum coverage.
2. Flashing & Curing:
   • Flash at 220°F (105°C) for 3-5 seconds.
   • Cure at 280-300°F (137-148°C) for full adhesion and durability.
   • Glitter's reflective nature may elongate flash times depending on the flash unit. Test before full production.

Clean-Up & Storage

• Recommended Cleaner: Use OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover for effective clean-up.
• Storage Conditions: Keep at 65-90°F (18-32°C) in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Shelf Life: Best used within one year of manufacturing.
