How to Use Powderless Plastisol Transfer Ink for Transfers

1. Print the Transfer Design: Use a coated transfer film to print the design in reverse.
2. Flash Cure the Design: Flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3-5 seconds to gel the ink before final curing.
3. Cure the Transfer Sheet: Heat press or conveyor cure at 315°F - 325°F (157°C - 163°C) for full transfer readiness.
4. Apply to Garment: Heat press the transfer onto fabric at 300°F - 315°F for 8-12 seconds with medium pressure.
5. Peel & Finish: Peel hot or cold, depending on desired finish.

Screen Printing Guidelines

• Mesh Count: 125-200 for best results
• Stencil Type: Water-resistant emulsion
• Squeegee: 65-75 durometer for smooth, even application
• Curing: Fully cure at 315°F - 325°F for a durable, crack-resistant transfer
