How to Use Powderless Plastisol Transfer Ink for Transfers

Screen Printing Process:

1. Print the Transfer Design: Use a coated transfer film to print the design in reverse.
2. Flash Cure the Design: Flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3-5 seconds to gel the ink before final curing.
3. Cure the Transfer Sheet: Heat press or conveyor cure at 315°F - 325°F (157°C - 163°C) for full transfer readiness.

Heat Press Application to Fabric:

1. Pre-Press the Garment: Press fabric for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
2. Position the Transfer: Place the DTF film onto the garment.
3. Press at the Recommended Temperature:
   • 300°F - 315°F for 8-12 seconds
   • Medium pressure
4. Peel & Finish: Peel hot or cold, depending on desired finish.
