Combat Dye Migration with Sublithin® Soft
Standard digital media struggles on sublimated jerseys, often resulting in dye migration, where sublimation inks bleed through the vinyl, creating a muddy or distorted design. Sublithin® Soft prevents this issue with its charcoal-colored backing, ensuring vibrant, clear graphics even on fully sublimated polyester garments.
Compatible with Eco-Solvent, Solvent, and Latex Inks
Sublithin® Soft is designed for compatibility with most eco-solvent, solvent, and latex printers, making it a versatile option for digital printing needs. However, it is not compatible with inkjet, toner, or sublimation printers.

Application Instructions
For the best results, follow these application steps:
- Print, cut, and weed your design.
- Mask using TTD High Tack Mask.
- Preheat the garment for 2-3 seconds.
- Cover the design with a heat transfer cover sheet.
- Apply at 265°F (130°C) with medium pressure for 15 seconds.
- Peel carrier warm.

To maintain design longevity, follow these care guidelines:
✔ Wait 24 hours before washing.
✔ Machine wash cold, inside out, with mild detergent.
✔ Hang dry only.
✖ Do not dry clean or bleach.
✖ Avoid liquid fabric softener.
