How to Use – Application & Curing Instructions

1. Screen Printing Setup:
   • Use up to 355 mono-filament polyester mesh (142T European Mesh) for fine details.
   • For high-opacity prints, a lower mesh count may be required.
2. Curing Instructions:
   • Heat-cure at 320°F (160°C) for 2 to 3 minutes to ensure a soft-hand, durable finish.
   • This ink will not air dry and requires proper curing for optimal results.

Customization & Modifications

• Custom Colors: Mix with non-leaded pigments to create custom shades.
• Viscosity Adjustment:
  • Use RE-703 or RE-704 (up to 5% by weight) for minor viscosity reductions.
  • Use RE-705 (up to 10-20% by weight) if color opacity is not a primary concern.

Stencil & Squeegee Recommendations

• Stencil Compatibility: Use dual-sensitized direct method photo emulsion or SBQ pre-sensitized emulsion for best results.
• Squeegee: Use a medium-hard (65-75 durometer) squeegee for smooth ink application.
