How to Use – Application & Curing Process

1. Screen Printing Setup:
   • Use a 110-230 mesh screen for optimal ink deposition and detail retention.
   • Print design mirrored for multi-color transfers if needed.
2. Flashing & Curing:
   • Flash at 220°F (104°C) for 3-5 seconds.
   • Gel cure at 250-280°F (121-138°C) to retain stretchability.
   • Final press at 315-350°F (157-177°C) for 10-15 seconds for full curing.
3. Wash Durability:
   • Ensure a complete cure to maintain elasticity and prevent cracking.
