How to Use – Mixing & Application

1. Mixing Ratio:
   • Blend 10-20% Super Puff Additive by weight into your plastisol ink.
   • Adjust the percentage to control the puff height and effect.
2. Printing Process:
   • Use a lower mesh count (60-110 mesh) for a heavier deposit of ink.
   • Print the design mirrored for multi-color transfers if applicable.
3. Curing Instructions:
   • Flash at 220°F (104°C) for 3-5 seconds.
   • Gel cure at 250°F (121°C) – 280°F (138°C).
   • Final press at 315°F (157°C) – 350°F (177°C) for 10-15 seconds until full expansion occurs.
