How to Use – Transfer Application Process

1. Screen Print Transfer

   • Use a 110-230 mesh screen for best ink deposition.
   • Print mirrored/reversed for multi-color transfers.
   • For multi-layer designs, pre-shrink transfer sheets by passing them through a dryer before printing.

2. Gel Cure Process

   • Flash the ink at 220°F (104°C) for 3-5 seconds to prevent over-curing.
   • Gel cure at 250°F (121°C) – 280°F (138°C) to maintain optimal transfer adhesion.

3. Adhesive Powder Application

   • Immediately after printing, apply transfer adhesive powder to the inked areas.
   • Shake off excess powder before final curing.

4. Final Transfer Pressing

   • Press onto the garment at 315°F (157°C) – 350°F (177°C) for 10-15 seconds with medium to high pressure.
   • Peel according to hot, cold, or hybrid peel transfer method.

Clean-Up & Storage

🧼 Recommended Cleaner: Use OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover for effective cleanup.
📦 Storage Conditions: Store between 65-90°F (18-32°C) in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
