How to Use Ultra Strip 5000 Transfer Paper

Screen Printing Instructions:

1. Print Your Design:

   • Use plastisol ink on Ultra Strip 5000 transfer paper.
   • Print in reverse/mirror image mode.

2. Cure the Ink on the Transfer Paper:

   • Flash cure at 250°F (121°C) for 3-5 seconds.
   • Fully cure at 320°F - 330°F (160°C - 165°C) in a conveyor dryer.

3. Transfer to Garment:

   • Position transfer face-down onto fabric.
   • Heat press at 325°F (163°C) for 8-12 seconds with medium pressure.

4. Peel Type:

   • Hot Peel for a matte finish.
   • Cold Peel for a glossy, vibrant effect.
